Negatives: The air conditioning unit was leaking really bad leaving a pool of water on the floor and instead of giving another room we received 2 medium towels which didnt help at all. The TV stand was caving in the center.

Positives: It was clean and inexpensive, and the staff was nice.

Negatives: It was not in a safe area. The rooms needed maintenance. For example, there were holes in the bathroom door from when someone punched it; there were cigarette burns on the beadspread.

Positives: I really liked my room.

Negatives: The front desk clerks do not represent the hotel at all. The young lady that attended me doesn't know how to work with people. No smile, horrible dress code. Thank God my room was very nice. I was worrying when I first saw the front desk clerk. The bed covers were too thin.
