Negatives: Feels a bit rundown, could use some updates

Negatives: The mattress was not very comfortable. Seemed to be a bit old and worn.

Negatives: Omg I could write a book on this place about how bad it is. Well for one there is no real communication by the hotel , we tried to cancel a while back and couldn't get a hold of anyone at the front desk same goes for when you're at the hotel you have to physically go to the lobby to talk to someone.If you have a pet they charge a ridiculous 125 dollar fee for cleaning which I don't understand because the hotel itself was not clean both inside and out, I saw cigarette butts beer bottles and over flowed trash cans especially on the first day the carpets don't look like they've been vacuumed at all, the air quality is terrible because my wife and myself got sick from the air quality in the room so much that we checked out a day early. None of the other people staying there picked up after themselves which includes the area where you take your dog to go to the bathroom and the pool area had dirty towels everywhere which weren't picked up til the next morning by the cleaning crew which was non existent most of the time which makes me think they go through an outside cleaning service which also makes me think they have a staffing problem.The coffee shop they had was not open on the second day we were there and If you need to eat I suggest you go into town to find something. To add insult to injury they had a glitch in their system that charged me a random 60 dollars that I would eventually get back, and even though we checked out early the person who checked us out apparently didn't do the job correctly so they still had me as being there so I had to call them the next day to make sure my card wasn't randomly charged again and that I was actually checked out . So for the price that they charge for a room at this place it's not worth it . If you're visiting stone mountain I suggest you look elsewhere to stay I myself will Never stay at this place again.

Negatives: The room was very nice I will return! One tip is to clean the balcony furniture . There was Cobb webs I could tell that was there for a long time. All over the chairs and tables . I went outside at night and sat on the chairs but didn’t notice till morning that I sat in cob webs

Negatives: Food options limited...as stated previously.

Negatives: Pool was not available.

Negatives: I didn't like that the pool colse at 10 pm. It's a resort it should be open 24 hours

Negatives: I think it needs upgrading for what you charge for a room, needs to be more up your date, when turn shower on tub still ran, there no drawers in rooms to put clothes in, breakfast buffet is ridiculous high priced for the quality of food offered omelet station was best part,

Negatives: Indoor poor needs repair.
