The different things to do surrounding the hotel
Negatives:
There was a lack of towels and we had to ask for our room to get clean even after they said they would come every other day… we were there 4 days and no one came to even see if we needed our room clean.

Pet friendly, Starbucks, and pool hours my kids enjoyed
Negatives:
No housekeeping daily. They do every other day. Checked in Friday on Sunday morning asked for a set of towels at 845 housekeeping lady said we will be by to give towels at 11. What!? I went and got some anyway we had plans no time to wait and how do you tell someone they can’t shower basically. Then when housekeeping came by the room at 1:45p they asked if they needed to come in and clean! What!? I’ve only been here since Friday with two kids and two dogs with bags of trash from DoorDash etc need new linen more towels for the next day I mean why do you need to ask and this is what you get paid to do. If I don’t want the service let me let you know. The pool was cool but it was a lot of spider webs on everything on all the tables and chairs. Guy that cleaned the pool would always come and put the powder in while ppl were in there. Pool opened at 730 everyday seems like he could do that before 9.

Restaurant manager and server rude, they server bill before food
Breakfast was part of package but they ridiculously said that you one can have one menu option
