Positives: Rooms, Lobby, hallways were very very clean and neat.
Negatives: There were no disposable cups or glasses in the room. My mother needed to take meds. We arrived at 1:10 or so and denied early checkin. I explained that my 93 year old Mom needed to rest. We were rudely told "NO", checkin at 3:00. Rooms were available.

Positives: The motel was excellent. The correct amount of towels and washcloths were in the room. The air was on in the room when we checked in which it was so hot outside we felt blessed. We got up the next morning and thought we were just going down for coffee but decided to check out the breakfast. I was surprised to get fresh fruit. The breakfast bar was the best we had all week long traveling.

Negatives: Hot tub was really gross. Booked for hot tub but was too gross to get in. Needed to have biscuits and gravy on breakfast bar in lobby. Need to remove all carpet in hallways and rooms since they allow pets. Also didn't have guest washer and dryer

Negatives: The hotel didn't have my reservation from booking.com so it became quite an ordeal to get checked in. Reservation had to be canceled, then re-booked by the hotel. Seems like it should've been easier and not wasted an hour of my time. Lost my Booking.com Wallet credits in the process.
