The interaction with staff. The dirty room. The door had a broken lock.

When I left. I have stayed in condemned houses, with holes in the roof and the windows busted out, that were much much nicer than this place.

This is not a 3 star hotel it is a 1 star motel with bed bugs, cockroaches, and a "smoke free room" that smelled like an ash tray. The owner was a liar who told me he would refund my money and obviously did not. I have never left a hotel before this one.
