Close enough to the city and a great value. Breakfast included with an omelette station and a lot of choices.
Negatives:
The parking is a little difficult to navigate unless you park across the street from the hotel. Most days we were able to get a spot in P1 or P2 but did occasionally have to park in the large garage across the street.

Comfortable room, food was good.
Negatives:
Lighting was poor, hard to reach at bedtime when reaching, water temp was hard to regulate, refrig made everything icicle cold and disliked the elevator system.
