Negatives: Older looks tired

Negatives: The rooms was not good for the money I checked out two rooms first one couch was filthy second one was jist not worth it

Negatives: The cleanliness and up keep of the inside and outside of room

Negatives: First, the room only had half of a curtain and the window. I had to get a sheet from the front desk to put over the window, people walking by looking in the room. I reserve two rooms for two older people. We had a power scooter that we could not get upstairs to put it in the room to charge or to use. I had to help my family up those tall steps. I requested two rooms close together they were on different ends of the hotel, totally unacceptable. I am calling my card company to complain because I asked for a credit no one was in charge.

Negatives: No tv

Negatives: The room we got had a bunch of problems. Got locked in the bathroom, tub clogged, and the water tastes funny. Not to mention the lack of WiFi .

Negatives: The power was out and they told us it would be back on that night. It didn't come back on. We got 1 towel for our 3 night stay. They had a generator running non stop outside our door. I was told they would discount our stay but my card was charged twice and their phone doesn't work so I can't talk to them about it.

Negatives: No power but owner had generator for personal suite, while guests had no ice, breakfast was sour juice, stale cereal, apples until hurricane then nothing. Handicap room missing tub seat only screws in wall, furniture in disrepair, no dresser for planned 7 night stay. Told we would be given 3 days credit as no services, or amenities offered only bed and hot room.

Negatives: The room was very old and needed some maintenance. Toilet paper holder was rusty and the entire room seemed very old and not well maintained.

Negatives: They did not have our reservation ready, and booking.com charged us more than the room is on a regular night. The bed wasn't made,the toilet still had urine in it, the headboard had white wet stains on it. Absolutely disgusting. I had to leave and find another hotel completely and now booking.com does not want to refund me any of my money or at least give me a credit.

Negatives: There was a drunk Mexican taking a piss next to the stairs for me and my wife came out to go to the pool. It was loud music All Night Long by the pool from the same Mexicans people. At one point we were in the pool and one of them pulled out his phone and started video recording my wife and me swimming I thought I was going to go to jail. I went to the office to make a complaint and the owner who stood in the office acting like he really did not care. Was not pleased at all with any of this this is not a good place for you to take your kids your wife or family. Also the toilet wouldn't flush in our room had to take her back off of the tank and fix the float myself. And the shower curtain rod seem to be falling off of the wall. It was hair in the sink when we got there the room did not look like it had been cleaned properly.

Negatives: The Saturday afternoon staff I guess the owner was rude and nasty. One of the beds had hair and stuff on it. In the shower there was someone body sponge left there.
