Parking was convenient.

It was located in questionable area and near homeless people. My family’s room, which included a year old toddler, had bed bugs, roaches, & crickets so they had to move to a different room. The room keys would randomly stop working. When we arrived the ladies at the front desk had a whole conversation about a previous booking before tending to the current guest. The pool is small and was shared by a neighboring hotel so it was crowded.

We did not eat breakfast we had to get on the road, but the area where the breakfast was was extremely small and not adequate for what we needed. One of the lamps in our room had no Bob in it lighting was not the best in the world, but it looks like they are trying to improve and the bathroom and carpet look like it has been redone. It looked clean and what we expected.
Negatives:
There was trash in the hallways and they had just painted the rails for going upstairs. That still had some of the tape on it to keep people away from it, but a lot of the paper and trash that was around was not the best.
