I used booking.com and opted to pay when I arrived. I was going to be there around 2 in the morning as I was traveling. It was about 2 hours after I booked the room when I got a call from someone there telling me they weren’t going to reserve my room and I needed to pay right then. I explained that I chose the pay upon arrival and they insisted that I pay so I told them that I was canceling the booking since they are denying me the reservation. They took the money out of my account anyway. I used booking.com for 5 years and never had this problem.

Uncomfortable bed. From 6pm till through the night people and workers up and down the stairs, heavy boots and dragging suitcases clunk clunk clunk, the steel reverberated throughout the room and no insulation to deaden the noise, so no sleep. Never again
