Negatives: The first room we received the tv didn’t work and the air only halfway worked. We called the front desk and the lady was so rude. The following morning we went to the front desk because the hot water wasn’t working and they said it was out for the whole building and then I addressed the issues of the night before she gave us another room and was much nicer. We went to wild animal safari and came back and still had no hot water. Overall not the best experience

Negatives: We booked the quality inn for 2 nights, we were traveling to Valdosta for a wedding and drove about 15 hours to get there. The door to our room wouldn't latch and when we asked to be switched the front desk lady assured us that we weren't working it correctly. She gave us new keys and they wouldn't register to open the door. (We ended up getting 4 sets of keys) the room hadn't been swept or even wiped down. The dust was thick in the tables and there was built up dirt and hair in the corners of the carpet. The location wasn't awful, there was just quite a few sketchy people around and someone followed us to our room asking for money and guess what.. our keys wouldn't let us in the room so we had to quickly figure out how to get away from the individual. The lady at the front desk seemed to not care a single bit about us needing safety, for we were 2 women in our 20's, alone, 15 hours from home and they didn't want to give us a room that locked so we had to basically barricade it from the inside. We will not be returning to quality inn.

Negatives: TV didn't work, even after the maintenance guy came in. Wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom. Could hear people talking outside. No phone in the room to use to contact front desk.

Positives: Had no top lock in 1st rm.Moved to another room tv didn’t play.No Wi-Fi every one in the mall or near by had Wi-Fi.No telephone in room.
Negatives: They did not get the tv fixed,the lock was broke.There were roaches.The sheets and spread had spots on them.I was there the week before for three days and was no top lock.but they did fix it,no Wi-Fi and roaches.

Positives: The location was great it’s next to the mall and every eatary.
Negatives: The rooms were dusty and dirty. Bathrooms not cleaned towels looked like they had been used. Beds very uncomfortable and no blankets.

Positives: I liked nothing about this motel
Negatives: The resolution the comes up with any problems that arise which are all excuses to cover up the ongoing problem that they have, the pool was way too dirty, there was trash all and clothing scattered all over the property, the potholes in the parking lot, the rooms were not properly cleaned which they did on purpose, the dining area was just as dirty as the rooms, the breakfast was questionable especially when I went to get a yogurt from the fridge and it was lukewarm, and my door getting into my room got jammed so much I had to ram my body into several times just to get in.

Positives: The front desk clerk was pleasant and provided a personal apology for EVERYTHING. I appreciated April's service.
Negatives: The property was dirty, from the outside to the inside of the room! The Wifi did NOT work, nothing was working at the front desk. The clerk had to play music from her cell phone! They had 1 housekeeper working, which delayed the original 4:00pm check in time and still the room was dirty!!!! We asked for a manager and was told she was unavailable and only reported once maybe twice a week!!!! I requested a refund or discount for the poor service, poor condition of the room and the uncleanliness of the property. I still have NOT heard back from the property manager!!!! Will NEVER stay here AGAIN!
