Make reservation and usually online. Selection early check in between 6 am and 7 am. I arrived at the facility at 6:30 am. To my suprise they had no room available. The Clerk told me they didn't have anything available until after 11 am. They has give the room to a construction worker. With me traveling over a hour to that locate. So, i'm upset having to be at a meeting at 8:30 am. Instead of realax before my meeting. Here i'm scrambling to find a room. I'm very disappoint with this hotel. I have been staying at Quality Inn every time i come to Warner Robin's for thepast nine years.

Good friendly staff room had good ac and the pool is cool not much else to like about the place besides it being in a good central location
Negatives:
The room had a smell the room was dirty the trash wasn’t taken out I saw multiple bugs the shower water would not get hot for anything the room was so dirty I found an old room key that looked older than me

The location was ok for the most part.
Negatives:
Had a verbal disagreement with a female employee over the rooms that were available. She basically called me a liar about what she first told me what rooms was available on the ground floor. I requested a ground floor room due to health conditions. She denied what she initially said to me and said I was wrong. The bed was horrible and soft and the springs moved in the mattress. Breakfast was pretty bad also. No Milk and no fruit. The attendant advised that she had to wait for the grocery store to open next door to get the necessary items missing from the breakfast area.
