Room was infused with cigarette smoke, the towels were stained, imagine I had to used my wash cloth to bath and dry my skin! This hotel was rated at 5 start, when its a 0! This is not what we expected from Wyndham properties!

Staff were very nice and apologetic.
Negatives:
The shower had no pressure, sounded like water was running all the time, tv didn't work, carpet was damp and nasty, bed was foam pad over springs, very uncomfortable and smells musky.
