Breakfast was very good, and the breakfast staff was very polite and personable.
Negatives:
Front desk staff was not pleasant; upon arrival there was no coffee and when I asked if there would be any the next day I was told "well, we will see....".
The remote control shade in the room did not function half the time, it was either stuck in the up position or the down, it was really annoying!

Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. It overall was a great stay.
Negatives:
The beds were very firm but actually comfortable. We had trouble getting the air where we wanted it but eventually figured it out.
