That it was close to the airport. We had an issue and was not able to fly out so we needed to stay and being close to the airport was convenient
Negatives:
The linen on the bed was dirty. We had to have housekeeping come in and change the sheets.
The room they put us in had access from the street. Which was not safe other rooms were in the main part of the hotel.
 the worst thing was that the air conditioning unit was filled with mold. I did not see this until the morning of our departure. But we woke up not feeling well and when I saw that it made sense. When we got back to Sacramento, California, my daughter and I tested positive for Covid. So obviously you guys aren’t cleaning the rooms the way they should be clean if we have dirty sheets, moldy air conditioning unit in your guest in that with Covid.
By the way, I told the staff when we checked out and they didn’t seem too concerned and only took off the charge for parking and gave me an email address to send that information and pictures to. I did not get a response. So that’s telling me how much you care about your guests.

Rooms very expensive, not worth the price, I would rate it as a white elephant beneath a noisy freeway, air-conditioning units noisier than the freeway..breakfast was virtually all processed out of a packet type stuff.

Location is very good near by airport. as just for transit, very convenience. Facility is old since I know for 20 years. but room is comfort.

Breakfast was good but only two hours and at the end of the first hour, sometimes earlier, some hot food items were no more available.

Great breakfast, very very clean room and common areas. Smooth checkin and friendly team.
Negatives:
The soundproofing (windows) could use some work Nimitz HWY and the H1 are immediately adjacent to the hotel. If you stay, bring some white noise with you.
The hotel did NOT mention that shuttle service begins at 5AM which doesn't work for the first two rounds of flights for the day out of HNL. I had to split a cab with another guest (Best Western owner in for the BW convention) and we agreed this was not a very useful benefit.

Great hotel, great value, shuttle...
Positives:
Great breakfast variety, rooms were taken care of daily. All staff were friendly. Great location, not in the middle of tourist area, more laid-back. Easy to get to places, food, entertainment. Will stay here in the future.
Negatives:
Parking spaces were quite tight. Get a compact or economy car if you want to park at hotel.
