Between Sunday, Oct 1st, 2023 at midnight and Wednesday, Oct 4th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Oct 4th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: We liked that the room was cleaned everyday and towels were replaced everyday. The staff were friendly and attentive to our requests. The location was good and a short walk to the major attractions. The view from the balcony was amazing, just what were were hoping for. Due to an emergency we had to checkout earlier than planned and the hotel only charged us for the amount of nights we stayed.

Negatives: Coffee machine in the hotel foyer was not working the whole time we were their, but there was alternate option with instant coffee.
