Positives:
The room was comfortable and roomy for our family of 5. We really liked the breakfast in the morning and the offering of complimentary drinks at the pool in the evening. The access to the beach (a bit rough on the feet but still beautiful) was really easy and we liked the restaurants in the immediate area. The walk to the main part of Waikiki Beach was pretty quick. The laundry facility was clean and the machines were very efficient.
Negatives:
I felt like the price per night was substantial but the free breakfast and drinks took some of the load off.

Amazing holiday in Waikiki

Location - central to everything. 5 min walk to beachfront. The rooms were stunning. The service throughout the entire property is 10/10 exceptional. Friendly staff- very helpful when asking questions. The pool was mean as, free hour cocktails were a absolute bonus

Friendly helpful staff. Great view from the top floor. Good selection of breakfast options. Very handy location.
Negatives:
The room we were initially allocated was noisy. The delivery trucks arrived outside in the early hours and unfortunately the neighboring unit was playing music till late.. A/C unit in this unit was also noisy even when on low. The staff on the front desk however were very helpful and I paid for an upgrade. The upgraded room was fantastic.

Location. Most of staff were super awesome!
Negatives:
Couldn’t accommodate us with our van we rented and had to park it far away from hotel and pay $79 to park the 1st night! Manager wasn’t even apologetic or accommodating and had attitude like it was my fault. We figured out the 2nd night that trump tower would accommodate our van no problem for a $40 fee which ended up being free because the staff there at trump had so much aloha than where we were staying!?
