Between Thursday, Sep 26th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Sep 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Sep 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 29, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Positives: Everything was great the room was clean very spacious the beds are comfortable the air conditioning was so amazing love the 2 bedroom it accommodated my family well the staff were very helpful and nice I look forward to staying here again

Negatives: We were charged $300 but it supposed to be $100 the front desk confirmed it was a mistake and they fixed it.

Negatives: Decor was very dated, the bathroom vent was jammed up with dust and grime. Shower pressure was disappointing with a head that didn't have a good angle.

Positives: The location is great, literally a 4 minute walk to the beach. The room is a good size with 2 comfortable king singles, small dining table and 2 chairs also a lounge chair. Handy kitchenette with crockery and cutlery, microwave toaster and a small fridge. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is also an on site laundry.

Negatives: The hotel does look dated, I assume it is one of the older ones but this does not detract from the previously mentioned location, comfort, and well stocked room.
