If you cancel your reservation after Sep 29, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: There was no tea provided we had to buy our own . Then there was no kettle so had to boil water in a saucepan. The room was not serviced for the 3 nights of our stay. The lift was out of action so we had to carry our luggage down 4 flights of stairs. And they have the hide to charge $19 per night resort fee. What on earth is that for?

Positives: Have stayed here many times. Love the location, small hotel feel. Hot water always available. WiFi always strong.

Negatives: Dogs are allowed, so there is always a 'doggy' smell in the corridors and rooms. The 'facility charge' has increased, but inclusions are fewer than before. Phone did not work in room.
