Amazing location less than 5 mins walk to Waikiki beach and shops/restaurants/supermarkets across the road.
Cleaned rooms daily and replenished towels, toiletries and coffee/tea.
Negatives:
Requested a high floor was issued room on level 4 which was above the gym. Unable to change upon arrival and only offered level 6 - 2 days into our trip so did it bother changing.

The room was clean and comfortable. The room staff were fantastic! The location was perfect!

As an Australian I am not used to tipping. With breakfast included I would have thought that the staff tip was covered in our price. However we were provided a bill for the tip to the wait staff each day. It would have been better if this was included in the price. Also only having one choice with breakfast was a little disappointing.
