Great location downtown, food and stores in walking distance.
Negatives:
Older building needs up dating. One elevator didn't work and there wasn't much else for options. Could take the stairs down but not up. After paying on booking, they charged me another 60 dollars per room when we got there for "security fee".

The staff was friendly and attentive in our stay. The person who always showed his kindness Liobi did a great job.
A good idea to have a facilitator within the accommodation, I offer us a good tour and unforgettable show.

The check in staff were ok.
Was not aware of valet prices, and it was the only way to park there or we’d have to park in another parking structure.
We were on the 8th floor, our bathroom window did not have a screen.
The bathroom window has not been cleaned for a while.
The room did not have a microwave. There was a stove but no pots or pans. Wasn’t aware till the night before check out that we had to request it.
