Positives:
It’s located in a great location, central to a lot of places I frequent visiting. The pool was clean which was a big plus! Check in and out is always an easy process, along with booking the actual stay itself.
Negatives:
It is a little outdated, but you get what you pay for. Plus if you’re like me, you’re rarely in the room/hotel anyways.

Old, rundown hotel next to a construction site that wakes you up at 7am even if you are a solid sleeper. Hotel is understaffed, so I had to wait more than half an hour at reception multiple times just to get my door access card fixed, which kept failing. Cleanliness isn't great, i got some bites that look like bed bugs, and location isn't great either. Pool is tiny and there are no pool showers. Overall overpriced for what you get.

Decor could use updating… quite outdated. Was pleased to only be there for a night. Breakfast $5 off voucher is a bit cheeky as well!

Unfortunately it was bad choice...
Positives:
One of the people at reception was very nice and helpful, the fridge in the room was a nice addition and having a microwave is also great. There is also a wardrobe/storage space which is nice (although the wardrobe sliding door was not working properly). The bed was not too uncomfortable. It was nice to get beach towels when we asked for them. The hotel is located close to supermarkets and buses, which is nice.
Negatives:
The room was filthy (although somebody had been cleaning there because they had forgotten a cleaning cloth in the room), there were many spots were they had not cleaned in way too long and I do not only mean behind the furniture where people would not look, also places that are easy to see. If you are allergic to dust allergy, this place is not for you. The window did not open and it did not close either, it might not even be considered a window. It was not very well isolated from the outside at all, you could hear everything from the outside (and there is a building site right in front of the hotel, so you can imagine how it is 7am-7pm), and of course all the dust/dirt from the outside could also come in. We also saw a cockroach in the elevator, but it was a small one and to be honest, kind of expected in any beach location. The breakfast they advertise here has some caveats to it: it costs 5$ and it is just for a specific item of their menu. The pool closed very early. The safe randomly stopped working during our stay, so beware of using it (although once again, the woman in the reception was super nice and sent somebody to help us very quickly).
