We love Queen Kapiolani Hotel...
Positives:
Beautiful view from the restaurant, was clean and comfortable, close to beach and bus, filtered water machine in the lobby
Negatives:
We didn’t get a water bottle or Lei as advertised. I remembered these things after going up to the room and when I asked they said they were out. They could have said something or provided an alternative like a non-branded water bottle. Toilet didn’t have much water pressure so stopped up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return! This hotel is at the end of the touristy Waikiki area, offering the best of both worlds - easy access to shopping, restaurants, and attractions while being a peaceful oasis to return home to. The staff also went above and beyond! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, from valet to front desk and the bar and restaurant. We had an ocean view room on the 17th floor, and the view was breathtaking. Such a gem of a hotel and a very affordable price compared to others in the area.
