Good news! Before Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Nov 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Nov 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 30, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 day/s prior to arrival will incur a charge of 20% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).
