After Saturday, Dec 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 21, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: When checking in, they asked me to add resort fee although booking.com said the prices includes all taxes and fees. Lucky, a number of days before I contacted them asking if all ways paid, and they responded positively. Hence, now I was able to show them their letter and they canceled the charge.

Positives: Great location, charming interior.

Negatives: There are ice machines in the corridors. One of them was located in front of our room, and it was so loud that it sounded like a plane was landing inside. We requested a room change, and thank you very much for accommodating us. However, the new room was also next to an ice machine, though this one was much quieter. That said, the overall insulation between rooms was very poor. The TV in the neighboring room was on all night, and we could hear everything clearly.

Positives: Great location , easy to access beach only a short walk to Waikiki beach. Meals were great at the restaurant and also coffee at the cafe , really loved the open air plan . Happy hour at the poolside and you must try their speciality margarita that the guys make !!!!

Positives: The room was modern in design and the bed was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the wood flooring in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary drinks was a nice touch.

Negatives: The location of the hotel lends itself to a lot of noise from the streets (people, cars, and motorcycles). It doesn’t quite down until very late at night making it difficult to sleep.
