Between Friday, May 3rd, 2024 at midnight and Monday, May 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, May 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 6, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: The staff is very friendly upon checking in and making sure you feel welcome. The room was very clean. I liked that we were given fresh towels for the pool when we needed them. Free wifi in the rooms. The breakfast buffet is well-worth the money.

Positives: The only thing that went well was that I was able to check out and obtain a full refund due to Booking.com understanding that the health and safety of the hotel was unacceptable.

Negatives: There were cockroaches in the room and hallway, the windows and room were dirty, the staff didnt care, the pool wasn't heated, the "ocean view" was of shipping containers, and the entire experience was unpleasant. We checked out, I requested a refund. Everything could have been better. The cleanliness, the room descriptions, the staff, the facilities and maintenance.
