The AC went put the night before my wedding. My father had to buy 3 fans to make it bearable to get ready. Marisa was the only saving grace and treated us amazingly. She has us awaiting our credit for the night.

The location was great, away from busy Waikiki. The hotel was always clean. I really liked that they locked the doors at 10pm - just remember to have your room key to open them. :)

The washers available on-site smelled like they needed to be aired out and cleaned. It smelled like mildew, but if you don’t do laundry on vacations, you’ll be fine.
