Negatives: The manager was one of the most horrible people I've ever dealt with.

Negatives: The staff in the morning was disagreeable and rude. When I checked in, I was told that I would be charged a pet fee for me dog, which would be partially refundable in the morning when I checked out if I brought back my card keys. When I checked out the next morning, I asked the receptionist about refunding the fee and she let loose a string of swear words at me, telling me it was not refundable. I was just asking for an explanation and told her so, and she told me to “eff off” and get off the property. She acted like a crazy woman. I understand budget hotels in general are not luxurious but they should at least employ people who show professionalism and politeness. This is the first time ever I have not recommended a motel. Stay away from this place, there are hotels in the area with more professional, friendly and polite staff.

Negatives: When I got into the room there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The bathroom door is taped up the faucet in the bath tub is coming off.

Negatives: I had booked a Smoking room for 2 people for one night I arrived and checked in. Both myself and my partner were visible. He was in the car but it was known that he was there with me. In the rules Of the hotel there were not to be any visitors Which is understandable But I was under the assumption that they knew about my guest. After I was already checked in they wanted me to come down and pay extra as well as provide an ID which I couldn't because because that's part of the reason we were in town was to take care of business and part of that business was to get his ID renewed. So I had to have him leave and come back in the morning. But because I didn'tInformed the front desk which they had to have known cause they were keeping an eye out on every move Made. They refused to give me my $30 deposit back this was after paying a $150 for the room which was Unsatisfactory. I have worked in the hotel business for many years plus customer service And in all my years of staying in hotels or working in them I have never been treated so disrespectfully.

Negatives: After the office manager booked me in I went back to ask to switch to a different room I paid additional to be sure my baby sitter dropping and picking up wasn't a violation of no non registered guests or company the booking site I used allowed check in till 12 pm I was there by 530 pm after work. The owner was rude to her employee and said I cancelled all 3rd party site reservations and if not booked in by 4 pm they could not stay. I explained I had payed by card and she told me to shut up she was talking to her manager if I wanted to stay. The room was tiny the tub was the size only a kid could sit in. The beds were full size and covers were out of date. The next day when I needed to extend before re booking online I went to see she said a $72 room that I paid an additional $20 for childcare drop off and pick up was $170..I left immediately.

Negatives: The carpet needs replacing and the key to my door had to have a trick to opening it.

Negatives: The ac wasn't working, they gave us a fan. The property had been over booked, so I didn't get the room I reserved. There was no offer of a discount or a free night.

Negatives: We asked for a non smoking room but got a smoking room. Bathroom needed cleaning, shower especially.

Negatives: I regret not spending $30-40 more for a nicer experience somewhere else. This place stunk, it was a dump, carpets were filthy, window was broken (wouldn’t lock), furniture was gross. If you are desperate and have barely any money then stay here but I still would advise against it. They didn’t give me the wifi password and wanted a $30 deposit on top of the total in case you ruined stuff that already was disgusting. Only one lady could give the deposit back the next day so we had to wait an extra 15 min for her to get back. Don’t stay here, it should really just be torn down sadly.

Negatives: I couldn’t have my son there with me.
