The family room we stayed in had a king bed in a separate room and 2 queen beds that were not pullout beds, which allowed our family to stay in the same room. It had street access without having to go through a bunch of hallways. The staff was very friendly. The room had plenty of electrical outlets for everyone to be able to charge their electronics. The room had a fridge and microwave as well. The bathroom water had plenty of hot water for all members of the family to shower without issues. The hotel was close to downtown with plenty of options for food or activities within walking distance of a few blocks. Neighborhood of the hotel was felt safe.
Negatives:
Some of the furniture in the room is overdue for replacement and is falling apart or has fabric torn on it, probably from someone's dog. A few of the lights were missing bulbs in them. The bathroom ceiling above the tub is rotted and falling away from the ceiling. The curtains or window coverings were nice at blocking out the sunlight but better options exist that are less bulky and they weren't hung up the best. The gate connecting the room to the rest of the motel or office was often locked making it unusable to us, which could be solved with an electronic lock that would allow us to use our room key to access thru it. The light fixture, fan and heat lamp in the bathroom needs to be replaced only one light in it worked. It just needs a little maintenance upkeep. Only one small television in the separate bedroom which didnt allow you to change channels or do anything more than turn it on or off. We were unable to watch anything on it. Needs to be updated and have additional tv in the other room along with another chair around the table.
