Negatives: facilities and cleanliness

Negatives: Room wasn't clean, there were hairs in the toilet and tub. Bedding smelled bad.

Negatives: Torn mattress pad Blood on wall Patched holes in the wall Bodily fluids on sheet Broken box spring Wall lamps did not work Streaks of something on the bathroom door Left is an 8th of a roll of toilet paper Sink vanity was broken and the trim was sticking far enough outward, you could probably injure yourself Tv stand drawers were broken Door frame appeared to have been broken into at one point in time The car I parked next to had spiderwebs on the windows so that was pretty freaky I’m usually not one who needs a super nice spot for a one night stay, but oh my god. I’d drove up from salt lake to go to an event. Upon arrival, the guy working the front desk was nice. We walked into the room and initially it wasn’t too bad. We all laid down for a bit after driving for a few hours and managed to sleep a bit before our event that night. Before leaving, I figured I’d just take a look at the room and make sure things check out. Again, I don’t need a nice room if I’m just sleeping and heading right back out, but after my look around and seeing everything listed above we decided there was no way I was going to park my car and leave it there so we drove. After thinking about it we then decided there was absolutely no chance we were going to sleep or step into that room. We went to drop the keys off, but had to use the drop box. Had there been someone there, I would’ve showed them the video I took and demanded a refund.

Negatives: Cleanliness/maintenance. Upon walking into the room, window screen was busted out of the window. Nicotine pouch stuck to the wall next to the bed. Telephone covered in grime. Seems like housekeeping staff don't move furniture at all, because there was a pile of trash and dirt under the nightstand. Burnholes in the blanket on the bed. Touched the towel hanger above the toilet and it literally fell apart because of stripped out screws in the wall and just broken parts. These rooms could use a LOT more attention to detail, I'm just hoping we didn't come home with bed bugs.

Negatives: The room was disgusting, dirty sheets and fast food wrappers and cups all over. The room had not been cleaned and the front desk attendant had to clean on of the two queen bes so I would have a place to sleep. There was garbage and cigerette butt's all over the parking are. This place was flat out disgusting, possibly the worse place I have ever stayed.

Negatives: Bedbug bites as soon as I took a nap, I decided to leave and they wouldn’t believe me or refund me
