Negatives:
Mistake about billing. Arranged a refund equal to the error, but temporary refund credit disappeared after a few days and never got the arranged refund with employee. I am going to complain again.

Only two criticisms:
- rooms with windows facing the busy street (i.e. 225) are very noisy due to the traffic, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Cars and motorcycles revving engines till 2 a.m.
- the comforter/bedspread situation is strange.

The Hilton Garden Inn is within walking distance of all the sites in downtown Boise. Nicely appointed new hotel downtown. There is a bike path on the south side of the building, you can walk all the way to the river. Theres a brewery on the way!
Negatives:
Road noise on the north side of the building - if youre a light sleeper just ask for a room on the south side
