This hotel gets it right! Spacious room on the top floor - allowed for parking on top level of parking garage so we could walk right in. Great location in downtown Boise near excellent restaurants in Basque quarter. Professional, welcoming staff, easy check-in. Included breakfast was very good and already available at 6:30 on Sunday morning - great for getting an early start on the day. Clean, fresh, comfortable and bright - excellent choice if you want to experience downtown Boise for a wedding or graduation.

We enjoyed the staff and the location. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was clean.
Negatives:
We didn’t like that we were locked out of our room for a few hours due to a maintenance issue with the door. However I will say the staff was amazing and very accommodating and did their best to resolve the issue as soon as they could. We appreciate the hotel staff compensating us for the issue as well.

We selected the hotel because it had EV charging but the EV charging was so ridiculously expensive that we had to leave to get normal priced charging.

From the moment we stepped in and was greeted by Kobe at the front desk, it's all been great. The location for us, was perfect. Walking distance to the Melting Pot, Food Warehouse, Trader Joe's, Mod Pizza, Panda Express and P.F. Chang Never felt like we were in a bad part of town. Downtown Boise is fantastic. We were on the 6th floor in a spacious corner room. The parking garage is connected to the hotel, so our car was literally steps away from our room. I want to add that my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and the staff signed a card for us and gave a goodie bag. It's those small extra things that raise our opinion of the hotel and it one of our top 3 favorites.
