Location was convenient. Room was a good size.

The tv in our room didn’t work. They did not fix it. We were told to unplug it and plug it back in we did that about 20 times and were told sorry can’t fix it. There was 10-12 kids screaming and being crazy in the pool area unsupervised and in the hallways. The bathroom was very small.

No microwave in room that had kitchenette.
TV's weren't working in rooms.
Coffee machine broken so no coffee in lobby or dining room in morning.
Continental breakfast late. Had nothing out except cereal, no milk at 6:40 am for a 6:30 open. No hot food or any other food ready. Light not even on in dining area.
Being a high end Haute cuisine chef, if you came into my restaurant, I was missing as many parts of food/ beverage and charged you a full price you'd be pissed.

We ask for an adjustment to our pre paid bill and we’re told that was not possible because we booked with booking.com. The clerk was polite and sorry about the TV and said she had no idea when the problem would
