I appreciate the extra attention to details that make our room and lounge area feel cozy. Staff were very kind and courteous. The breakfasts were always a great variety with many nutritious choices. My rooms were very clean and I stayed here several times. Kids loved the pool! The hot tub and comfortable beds were a relief. The bathrooms are nice, and the cleaning staff is the best around. Loved that they’re so kind with my large dog.

I’m really not sure where to start. The beds are not the best, the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors which leads me to night 1. Night 1 started with both ice makers being down and were down the entire 2 night 2 day stay. Then to continue night 1 the next door neighbors who had 2 small children where up playing and screaming till about 2am. Finally they went to bed. Whatever. Then night 2 we had some extremely terrible neighbors who were up screaming and pounding on the walls from about 9pm - 230am. Finally after enough we called the front desk. They did resolve it which was appreciated. But do be warned the walls are so thin you can hear a mouse fart and that is no exaggeration. Other then this experience the place is ok
