Absolutely nothing. When i arrived the area was so sketchy we felt very unsafe. I never checked in. I contacted the property to cancel and told them why. They never responded and still charged me.

I literally left the location and went to a different hotel. We had to switch rooms because the toilet was broken, the floors were sticky and the bathroom light wouldn't stay on. We then went into our second room the light was on, the TV was on and the safe was open. Still didn't look super clean but might just be old. As we were in the hallway to walk back to the front desk the fire alarms went off. So we evacuated the building and was waiting outside. The fire trucks came and we still had no sign or correspondence from the man working at the front desk. People were everywhere, just kind of standing there. So I took my daughter and I left. Literally the worst experience I've had at a hotel. I can't get a hold of the location for a refund. I've sent emails and called all five numbers multiple times. The number on this website isn't even active anymore. As it sits right now myself and another guest who's booking was messed up have now had to pay for rooms that we didn't even stay in.
