Positives:
The bed is very comfortable, and it is close enough to downtown to walk. We have stayed here in the past and probably will again because it is affordable.
Negatives:
No A/C in the room. It was 80 degrees outside and the fan we could turn on in the room was blowing heat. We opened the window, but... it was 80 degrees outside.
Also, there is no vent in the bathroom, and the tub and toilet both drain very slowly.

The front counter people were nice.
Negatives:
The room was dirty. The toilet had urine and hair in it when we arrived. Mold was on the bathroom walls. Active drug use and high homeless persons in the parking lot. Lastly there was a fire in the hotel.

Good price for a single night. Very good breakfast. Staff is professional, even when under stress (there were issues when checking in; several people were waiting, but the staff remained calm and professional).

The surrounding area is not too suitable for young families.

The staff was great, the location was easy to access and the price was reasonable. I would stay again in a different area of the hotel.

I got a room on the first floor next to the service rooms, my tv did not have a remote and the neighbors were really loud.

Breakfast was okay. rooms were clean
Negatives:
There were no locks on tge balcony doors. The "always locked" security door could be opened by anyone. No a/c in the rooms. There are multiple homeless people living in their broke down cars/vans/rvs right next to the hotel and wandering the parking lots regularly.
