Super 8 by Wyndham Boise

Negatives: Very dirty in the halls and smells like I don’t know what but it’s not pleasant and they try to cover it with the smell you use in a restroom. Room was somewhat clean and is definitely outdated as far as amenities.

Negatives: Nuttin

Negatives: Hotel is not been updated in too long. Felt assigned room was poor as we were repeat customers to this property. This will be our last time choosing this propery

Negatives: No tissue

Negatives: Breakfast was subpar. I've stayed at other super8s and this by far was the worst. We went at 7, it started at 630. 2 people were in there. 3 slices of rock hard bread to choose from, the waffles were good. The sugar free syrup was gross. No regular syrup. We had an issues with me checking in. I prepaid with booking.com he said it showed it was paid for but it kept wanting to charge the room fee. Which I ended up paying those again. The bathroom was pretty dirty. especially the wall behind the door. The light was flashing constantly in the bathroom like a scene from a scary movie. Good thing we don't have epilepsy.

Negatives: the outlets on lamps to plug my phone in looked melted like the have gotten to hot before, garbage bags were to small for can in room. The toilet worked but when you got up it would move.

Negatives: We extended our stay by one night after a six day stay. We were told on the evening we extended that we were all set for another night. We came back to the hotel the next afternoon only to find that all of our things had been taken out of the room and placed in a storage room including all of our food from the refrigerator. When asked why this happened no one would take responsibility for the error and told us it was our fault. We ended up throwing out a lot of food that was not kept cold after being removed from the refrigerator. Bathroom items were thrown out such as expensive shampoo and conditioner, along with ear plugs and carrying case. All of our hung up dress clothes were stuffed in bags and wrinkled. After a six day stay we had just washed and hung up the clothes the night before. They did not bother to phone us to let us know anything just removed all our items. We even proved to the reception clerk that we had paid for the extra night and the money had already been taken out the night before. Instead of at least offering some sort of compensation or even an apology we were just told that it was not their fault. It is OK to make a mistake we all do, just please take responsibility for it.

Negatives: Super 8 signs were burned out. Couldn't find the location easily.
