Negatives: most wall sockets were loose, only a few were stable so I could plug in electronics only in a few sockets. The reception staff had tattoos all over their forearms, if they could wear sleeves to cover them up, because some people like myself find them unsightly (with all do respect). But otherwise they were polite and professional.

Negatives: The room was not good. Broken chair. The tv stand was chipped at the bottom

Negatives: Back access is a lengthy distance. Minor inconvenience just made multiple trips.

Negatives: Our room was just horrible. When we first arrived we immediately noticed unpleasant musty smell in our room which they were trying to hide with air freshener. The carpet was stained and the stains were sticky! But the worst part was the bed. When I sat on the bed I literally dropped half a meter down. Seemed like a collapsed mattress so we went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to swap the room. The front desk staff asked to see the issue and tried to fix it. After moving the mattress around he did made the side of the bed slightly better and told us it’s suitable for sleeping and tried to put us off from changing the room. After long day of driving I was tired and had no energy to deal with it so we agreed to stay. After we went to bed we realised the whole bed had the same issue. We were now sinking into the middle of the bed and it felt like sleeping on a slope. Not sure if we just got the worst room there as other reviews were decent but that mattress seemed like at least 30 years old with springs sticking out and providing zero support. The aircon unit was also extremely outdated.

Negatives: The toilet whistled and ran all night, the room was dirty, the tv didn't work, it took an hour to check in, everyone on our floor were smokers, so going in and out all night, and on top of that ...slamming their doors! I want my money back

Negatives: Need AC clean sometime smell will comes & also take care the brightness of the lights..

Negatives: The air conditioner didn't work right. The stopper in the tub didn't work. Two different size curtains. The outlet for the hair dryer was not working, I couldn't even use it for curling iron.

Negatives: Motel is very dirty. Needs to be deep cleaned. Bed was awful. There was a big hole in the middle that when my husband and I rolled over we couldn’t get out!

Negatives: Noise in hall late at night

Negatives: Toilet ran all night. Front desk didn’t seem to care to fix the problem.

Negatives: There five nights and room never cleaned, trash picked up and had to go to lobby to get clean towels
