The site said there was a hot tub when I booked, but there wasn't... refrigerator was not cool to chill my wife's medication, no water pressure in shower, pillows were lumpy and it was the only motel that didn't have an elevator and I had a knee replaced

The rooms were kinda tore up as in a lot of cracks ,bad calling around the tub, really pour work done with patch work, bad painting, etc. Also bottom of doors looked like dogs chewed on them ,
However I do know how hard it is to find good workers..
My professional opinion is that they should work out a deal with a Real contractor to go in and do weekly, at least monthly repairs and touch up work (Quality of workmanship) means everything- as I am sure customers don't go back ..= a lot of lost revenue...
