Negatives: More communication about explaining they went green and would only clean every 3 days had to ask for clean towels ran out of Kleenex and had full trash cans only when I left did I see the small note card in my key envelope some verbal communication when I check in would have been helpful

Negatives: Breakfast room very small, with people coughing in limited space. TV had Fox national Channel blasting political propaganda. I asked kitchen help and front desk staff to get local weather because we would be driving in snow. Both refused with the same wording (script?) that they had no authority to change the channel.
