The front desk staff was super helpful and welcoming the nigjt we checked in
Negatives:
There was clearly visible signs that the rooms are not properly cleaned. Food wrapper and bits and pieces of food was clearly visible behind the nigjt stand and under the sofa. The staff at the front desk the morning we were checking out just ignored us when we told her about the cleanliness of the room. She made it seem as though it was our problem and not theirs. When we checked in the big before the washroom was dirty and had hair on the ground which the staff had to clean up after we brought it to their attention.

The Pool was nice.
Negatives:
The Bugs and the fact that we could not stay there. I did not feel safe allowing my children or family to stay in a facility that had bugs in many of the rooms. There were no elevators to get our stuff to the lower floor.
