Easy access. Friendly staff. Went the extra yard to make things comfortable.
Negatives:
First room’s toilet didn’t function correctly, plumber explained it needs replacing to function. Bed very uncomfortable seemed old. Second room we switched to had mold in the bathroom, shower head almost fell off during shower, bathroom exhaust didn’t function correctly, couldn’t clear the steam from the shower kept the room damp. Last, the toilet seemed new, but not ADA compliant. Breakfast was minimal continental.

The staff were great, extremely helpful. They were available to answer questions and provide additional blankets and towels as needed.
Negatives:
The room was not updated as pictured. The furniture was bits and pieces from all parts of the hotel. There were miss matched and worn out furnishings in every room. We had the suite that was suppose to accommodate 4 people with a sleeper sofa. We had to ask for a roll away bed as the sofas were the worn out ones from the lobby and did not have a pull out bed in them. We were thoroughly disappointed!
