Breakfast Mediocre at best. Coffee was good.

Unable to climb stairs. Should have railings on both sides of stairs. Requested no stairs but wasn't told I had no choice until the day before leaving home. Would have to paid to cancel reservation and make new ones elsewhere. No time to make other reservations.
Had a problem with paying as the credit card I Initially used had been hit with a fraud, I messaged both Booking and the Fair bridge with new number. Paid with new card on check-in and next day was locked out of room because they were trying to still use the card I had cancelled. Very frustrating. Had to leave my friends to go get it squared away. Not a happy camper. Plus we had to take out our own trash. Not good.

That we couldn't get into our room until exactly check in time. I've been to several hotels where if I showed up early they either already had my room ready or they got it ready quicker.

The super friendly front desk lady who checked us in. She also was very quick and made she I knew everything that I needed to know.

It was still dirty when we went into our room. Our daughter found 2 half smoked cigarettes on the floor when we came in. There were food crumbs swept under the bed and pushed into one of the corner. But other than that it was a great stay!

The hotel room was somewhat clean, and it had the bed, the desk and the TV.
Negatives:
The hallway carpets were absolutely filthy dirty. The toiletries were minimal, to say the least. I walked in after driving 8 hrs to find another guest sitting in the lobby waiting for someone to check them in for 25 mins. It was another 45 mins before someone came for their evening shift to check us all in.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, when we arrived the front desk was already closed but the lady at the front desk was really nice and very accommodating to our every need, the room's were very clean and simple and they are pet friendly so it made our trip so much easier
