Room was short toilet paper. There were no note pads or pens. The shower floor had some anti-skid on the tub but with soft water the floor was dangerously slick and I had to lay a bath towel down for personal safety.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was due to the fact that had a pool and a hot tub. This was shut down during our stay. We would have liked to notification of that we would not have stayed. That was one of the main reason we chose there

Bad! Pool was down, our deadbolt on the room didnt work and we had no television to watch. By the time we figured it out maintenance was gone for the night and hotel was full so we couldnt move rooms.

we only spent one night, iwas supposed to have a heart pro cedure so we had to leave early im trying to get a refund back on the night we didnt stay.

Breakfast was good, but a change from day to day would be nice. Getting to the hotel was a little challenging. There is no direct route to get to it, you have to drive through several parking lots.

Only needed to vacuum the carpet better. Stepped on an ear ring and scratched by a bobby pin, neither of which was mine.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had exceptional variety, for a continental breakfast.

The wifi didn't reach to our fourth floor room. I couldn't connect with my laptop. Also, a sign at the access point to the hotel, off the street, would help avoid confusion. The hotel is very visible, but there's only one way in.

The staff was very friendly and professional. And the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The location was only the slight downside. Coming in at night the parking light was a little difficult to get to due to being at the back of multiple other businesses with concrete dividers.
