Absolutely nothing.
Negatives:
We were informed upon check in they only had one smoking room available. I requested to view the room to see how bad the smoke smell was and was told I could not do that until I paid for the room. I also could not cancel as was a non refundable room even thou they did not have a non smoking room available that I booked. The desk staff was extremely rude.

Easy access from interstate. Access to area of CdA I used most.
Negatives:
No microwave and refrigerator. But, understand those amenities would likely increase costs per stay. Unfortunately for those of us who gets 2-3 meals from a dinner purchase it’s challenging. Thanks

Overall it was good
Positives:
It’s a motel six I don’t expect the Ritz. It was clean. It was worn but clean. The curtains had been patched. The shower floor had spots on it where the white head wore off the shower curtain was dingy. But the room itself was clean. The beds were clean they were comfortable. The facility was fine.
Negatives:
I was supposedly upgraded to a room with a mini fridge and microwave and a coffee pot. I had none of those amenities at all and when I receive my bill for over $500 for a three night stay at motel six when I booked it for you for $97 a night it was kind of awkward. I still need to contact you to find out why I was overcharged so much.

Negatives:
Room small, bed small and uncomfortable, only one small pillow per person. Only one hard wooden chair. We had handicapped room- were not TOO handicapped, but someone with more issues would have been EXTREMELY uncomfortable.
