Motel 6 Coeur D'Alene

Negatives: Room small, bed small and uncomfortable, only one small pillow per person. Only one hard wooden chair. We had handicapped room- were not TOO handicapped, but someone with more issues would have been EXTREMELY uncomfortable.

Negatives: bed uncomfortable, pillows very thin

Negatives: I expected my room to have a fridge and microwave like it did the previous week when I stayed. I called the front desk and asked the little girl with a shaved head for a room that included those and she told me I needed to book that type of room. I explained that I booked the room the same as I always do, plus it states that the rooms have a fridge and microwave. She told me that some of the rooms just don't have them and she couldn't do anything. I asked if there was another room I could transfer to and she told me she didn't know how to do that but suggested I go to the office the following morning before 11am (I was there for 2 nights) and speak to someone else. I brought milk, yogurt, things that needed to be chilled. They went to waste. But it was her attitude and incompetence,coupled with the motels inconsistency that will never allow me to book herel again.

Negatives: Location is noisy, staff does not care.

Negatives: Key card had to be reset every day on three day stay.

Negatives: Dog bombs all over

Negatives: Staff was not knowledgeable, no toiletries, parking lot was dark. Small showers and pillows were flat. It was not a good experience.

Negatives: Needs more pillows.
