Problem with room, problems with television. Hot tub spa suddenly closed, the hot tub was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel

How clean it was , in room and the bathroom .. out of 4 different hotels this trip this one was in the best shape and cleaner then most .

I stay 2-3 times a month. Normally I am reporting simple maintenance items that should have been fixed. The hot tub has not been working the last 5 times I stayed.

The staff was very friendly. The location was great for walking to food.
Negatives:
I called in advance to make sure the pool and hot tub were working. Unfortunately that was not the case. The pool was not being heated. And more importantly the spa was the same which makes it not a "hot" tub at all. Freezing, no heat at all.
