The mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were not firm. Not up to par for such a high level hotel.

The Aircon was blowing terribly hard into one of the beds and we needed to get service to try and get it off. No option to open a window which is not of my liking. Scruffy reception.

The location and view were great. We had some trouble checking in due to an expired card.

The staff were not very friendly. They did not even look up or smile when you walked by. Also it seems cheap to charge an extra $10 for the breakfast that all the other hotels include for free.

Room filthy, found old Lemmon under ac, camera in fold out bed while looking for a TV remote (had to get one from desk), dirt in all cornets, shower had only a spray, shower was slippery even with mat, breakfast looked stale and nasty so didn't eat, neighborhood was shady. Not recommended. Stay at Motel 6 across street.
