Positives:
We were very grateful for a pleasant place to land and work from. We appreciated the updated furnishings and room. Checking in late, we were grateful for the flexibility of the staff in working with us.
Negatives:
The floors felt dirty to walk on (didn't want to walk barefoot around the room). The stickers on the bottom of the tub were moldy and unpleasant, seems like it would be work your while to take them out and just use the shower mat. Because the shower room gets so humid, there are signs on every wall of lots of moisture dripping down, so streaks everywhere that wipe off easily - a deep cleaning to refresh it would be a very good thing.

The hotel was under construction in the lobby was closed, had to go to the sister hotel next-door for ice/vending machines and breakfast.

checking in was complicated but the staff did very very well about it with the last minute booking.
Negatives:
there were so many crumbs on the floor and in the ac next to the bed, white stains on the floor, the white blankets were all stained, and hair in the shower.

Great location, right on the river by the falls. We walked into town for dinner which was great. Bed linen and towels were all clean..good bathroom and Aircon.
Negatives:
The floor of our room was filthy. I mean filthy. Give it a mop FFS! Place looks awful. Reception is closed so you check in and eat breakfast in the hotel opposite thank god!

The outside is old, we were a little concerned when we drove up…. But the rooms are more spacious than most and completely updated… plug ins for devices were everywhere. The falls were right outside the front door… it was a great location

The outside was a deterrent… I went inside trying to decide if I’d be asking if we could cancel…. But the lobby was clean and modern and so were the rooms we were pleased

Positives:
Breakfast was just ok. No raisin bran. Powdered eggs.
Location was good. Close parking place. Bed was good.
Price was low.
Negatives:
The bathroom needs a lot of maintenance. The toilet didn't flush right, the bathroom fan was very noisy, the fridge defrosted and water drained on the floor(it couldn't maintain temp), the coffee maker wasn't able to be plugged in(no nearby plug), no light on one side of the nightstand and the shower could use a replacement(I stood in water because you couldn't divert water to the shower head.) There was no ice maker that was located. The TV was so badly positioned it was 14 feet from the bed.
