Ok, clean, convenient
Positives:
The check-in process was easy and the person helping us was friendly. The room itself was not too big, but clean and quite comfortable and the shower was pretty great. The location is convenient but not the most exciting one, kind of in the middle of nowhere and next to a gas station. It's not very cosy, but for one night one the way from somewhere to somewhere, it's perfectly fine.

The area isn't the cosiest, but we booked this because it was convenient for our trip so we don't have any complaints.

Fire alarm went off at 4:30am. Couldn’t go back to sleep. When I complained at checkout staff said yeah it happens sometimes. Never said sorry or offered a rebate. Nothing.

Room was spacious, quiet & parking was close. Room also include a small (actually quite small) microwave & refrigerator. I would definitely consider staying there again as it was a good value.
Negatives:
Breakfast was self service and was minimal , which was expected, except the only hot items were biscuits and gravy & DIY waffles. There was no spray for the waffle maker, so everyone's waffles came out in pieces. AND there was no gravy for the biscuit (just an empty pan) when I arrived for breakfast - however it did show up as I was leaving about 35 minutes later. There was also no micro wave, so could re-heat anything. There was also a sign saying sorry we don't have any juice (or we are out of xxx). It was adequate to get you on the road, but it didn't seem like the staff cared very much about the food service. It was much better last time (Our second stay here).
