Would probably pick a different hotel if in that area again.
Positives:
We actually have stayed here both coming and going on a trip to the Portland area, as the location was about 1/2 on a trip. The price is good and it's in a nice area (quiet, close to grocery store, close to gondola/resort).
Negatives:
The hotel is very dated and quite worn down, with a number of work crews staying there. Breakfast was okay but not much sitting area if a number of people decide to have breakfast at the same time. The staff was trying to do their best, but seemed tired and not really into it. Beds were kind of lumpy/soft, and the rooms are quite small and cramped. We'd stay here again in the future, but just because there weren't many other options and the price was right.

Great breakfast. Kids loved waffles. In particular, one worker named Maria (I think?) Was especially friendly at the desk and she was constantly at work cleaning and tidying the main area. She deserves recognition for being an exemplary employee!
